Food for thought

It's important to remember that there is good news in the world, too. These two articles about autism were beautiful proof of that, as well as the fact that people can make a difference in their worlds. These two mothers have accomplished so much and I really love their stories. Hope you enjoy them as well.

WOW. Amazing.

It's interesting the 2nd article ends w/ a comment about how you don't see that sacrificing in the U.S. It happens, as the article above proves. Just at a different level.

Isn't it amazing? I just hope that even if I don't do something that "newsworthy," I can make that sort of difference in my future children's lives.

Oh, you'll totally be newsworthy. I mean, you already are. Remember the time you tied your shoes all by yourself? Wow. I can see the headline now-- Precocious BYU Student Accomplishes the Impossible!
